What is proper training and experience?
Welcome
Most of our clients are introduced to us through national organisations that represent practitioners. You have entered this page without going through a link of a training organisation or governing body.
If you are a member of one of those organisations it is possible that their membership / training standards are wholly acceptable to us. Otherwise we will ask you to confirm that your training and experience falls within the criteria we set out.
Please note ONLY those listed here meet our criteria. You must meet our training and experience requirement for EACH additional therapy you seek cover for.
Acceptable training and experience requirements
The range of therapies we cover is available here along with
acceptable training and experience requirements unless these are overridden
by your membership of an organisation. When you select the therapies you
wish to be covered for, you can view the training and experience qualifications.
Interim membership of a qualifying organisation
If you have applied to join an organisation that we recognise, we can provide
cover for you whilst your application is being processed subject to your
membership criteria for that organisation being subsequently met in full
and you being accepted as a member without qualification. A condition of
cover granted in these circumstances is that your application would appear
to fully comply with the membership criteria. Cover granted under these
conditions may be cancelled if membership is subsequently refused and you
do not otherwise meet our acceptable training and experience criteria.

recognise. Click here to view
Warning
Acceptable training and experience is a VERY important aspect of the application process for
cover, and the importance cannot be overstated. The premiums we quote are very competitive because we only
provide cover for qualified and experiences practitioners.
In the event of a claim, if it were subsequently established that an applicant did not have the training and experience they claimed to have - this could invalidate the cover.
