We provide insurance for professional therapists. Whether it's called Malpractice (sometimes Medical Malpractice), Professional Indemnity, Professional Liability or Errors and Omissions (E&O) this is a form of insurance that protects you against valid claims that you did something "professionally" wrong or incorrect. This would be something you did but shouldn't have done, or something you didn't do but should have.
What if: You do not meet the qualification requirement, or you
seek cover for a therapy we do not list?
It will be clear that the premiums and quality of cover offered by this
program are very competitive. This is achieved by the combination of several important
features and the following notes set out the position.
- We do not offer advice. This program is Internet driven (which brings about considerable cost savings) and, as a result, we are unable to offer individual advice. We will do out best to answer questions and queries about the program, but that is quite a different matter to advice.
- We only cover therapies. If you seek cover for a therapy that we do not list we will be interested to hear from you. If it's a therapy we do not cover we may be able to approach our underwriters and apply for it to be added if we can make a businness case for its inclusion.
- We only cover an individual. Cover available under this program in limited to covering one individdual ONLY.
- We have strict criteria about qualification. If your qualification(s) fall outside what we show we would be interested to hear from you IF your qualification is from a currently operating UK based training organisation. In these circumstances we may be able to approach our underwriters to add another training organisation to our approved list.
- If the therapy you seek cover for is not listed
and/ or if your qualification does not fit the criteria above then probably
we will not be able to offer cover under this program. In these circumstances
we would refer you to our sister site> Here the quality of cover is equally
high but the range of business practices (it's not limited to therapies
as this program is) covered is very much wider. Further qualification
and experience requirements are based upon the applicants confirmation
that the individual (and it could be a company) covered is trained and
experienced to practice what is covered but does not specify exact criteria,
as this program does.

This program includes: cover against valid Public Liability, Products Liability, Infringement or alleged infringement of copyright registered designs or patents claims, incurred while you were carrying out your business, and costs involved in the defense of a claim.
The coverage we provided based on a per person basis and coverage may be purchased up to a total coverage of £10 Million. When you view a quotation it will include prices for lower limits.
